Since 2008, he has sold more property in the Dunes than any other agent on the Grand Strand. In fact, he has been named Realtor of the Year at Grande Dunes Properties 15 years running. He believes in giving professional service with accurate and timely communication, and he possesses superior market and product knowledge. Citing a quote by Bob Burg to define his approach: “All things being equal, people will do business with, and refer business to, those people they know, like and trust.” Jason graduated from Clemson University in the early ‘90s. He and his wife, Jennifer, have an amazing and bright 22-year-old daughter and a very active 18-year-old son.

Madison Kehler is originally from the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. Growing up, she and her family spent their summers vacationing in Myrtle Beach, and from a young age, she dreamed of one day calling the coast home herself. After finally taking that leap and making Myrtle Beach her home, she knew she wanted to help others do the same.
She quickly fell in love with everything the Grand Strand has to offer, including the coastal lifestyle, beautiful beaches, nature, sense of community, and the people who make this area so special. Having moved somewhere new without knowing anyone, she genuinely understands the emotions, excitement, and uncertainty that can come with making a big move or starting a new chapter.
What started as a passion for helping people quickly turned into something much bigger. By fully diving into real estate and dedicating herself to growing both personally and professionally, her business rapidly took off. Her success has led to features on HGTV, The Sun News, and WMBF News, along with recognition as a Top Agent and Top Listing Agent within the brokerage in 2025. While those accomplishments are incredibly rewarding, the most meaningful part of her career will always be the relationships she builds along the way and helping clients create a life they truly love.
