In the 46 years he has called Myrtle Beach home, Jason has seen it change from a summer vacation town to today’s year-round resort destination that attracts over 20 million visitors a year from all over the globe.
Since 2008, he has sold more property in the Dunes than any other agent on the Grand Strand. In fact, has has been named Realtor of the Year at Grand Dunes Properties 12 years running. He believes in giving professional service with accurate and timely communication, and he possesses superior market/product knowledge. Citing a quote by Bob Burg to define his approach to real estate sales: “All things being equal, people will do business with, and refer business to, those people they know, like and trust.” Jason graduated from Clemson University in the early ‘90s. He and his wife, Jennifer, have an amazing and bright 18-year-old daughter and a very active 14-year-old son.
